Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
We are happy to deliver your Plum & Grey pieces directly to your doorstep.
Delivery timelines are as follows:
- Within Lagos: 5 to 7 working days.
- Outside Lagos, within Nigeria: 7 to 10 working days.
Please note that delivery timelines begin once your order has been confirmed and processed.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped through trusted courier partners, including DHL and GIG Logistics, to ensure your package is secure and fully trackable.
Estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 working days after your order has been confirmed.
Please note that customs clearance or import procedures in your destination country may result in additional delays beyond our control.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to love every purchase from Plum & Grey. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return, exchange, or refund, provided your item meets the conditions outlined below.
Return Timeframes
Returned items must physically arrive at our store, with all original cloth tags and labels intact, within the following periods:
- Within Lagos: Within 3 business days from the date of delivery or pickup.
- Within Nigeria, outside Lagos: Within 5 business days from the date of delivery.
- Outside Nigeria: Within 10 business days from the date of delivery.
Items received after these timelines will not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund.
Store Pickup Orders
For orders selected as Pickup in Store:
- Orders collected within 2 weeks of the order date are eligible for refunds, subject to all other return conditions.
- Orders collected after 2 weeks but within 4 weeks are eligible for store credit only.
- Orders collected after 4 weeks are no longer eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
Please note:
- Items purchased, tried on, or collected in store cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Online purchases cannot be exchanged in store.
- Store vouchers are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours.
Return Shipping & Exchange Charges
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Plum & Grey does not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
- Customers requesting an exchange are responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement item. This fee is equivalent to the original shipping charge.
Once your returned item has been received and approved:
- Exchanges will be dispatched within 48 hours.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please note that original shipping charges are non refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, exchange, or refund:
- Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.
- All original cloth tags and labels must remain attached.
- Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, stains, perfume, or alteration cannot be accepted.
Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale or with any promotional or discount code are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. The item must be returned within 20 days for assessment. Once verified, we will gladly resolve the issue through a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
