Orders are delivered in 5 to 7 working days within Lagos, 7 to 10 working days elsewhere in Nigeria, and 10 to 15 working days internationally through DHL and GIG Logistics. Timelines start once your order is confirmed and processed.
You can also choose Pickup in Store at checkout and collect from Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
Returns
If a piece is not right, you may request a return, exchange or refund. Returned items must physically reach our store, with all original cloth tags and labels still attached, within:
- Within Lagos: 3 business days of delivery or pickup
- Elsewhere in Nigeria: 5 business days of delivery
- Outside Nigeria: 10 business days of delivery
Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered and undamaged, in their original packaging. Anything showing wear, stains, perfume or alteration cannot be accepted, and anything bought on sale or with a discount code is final sale.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility; we do not issue prepaid labels. Once approved, exchanges are dispatched within 48 hours and refunds processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
